I believe that what you’re talking about (the $75 charge) refers to the dry erase board that one of my roommates attached to the wall in the kitchen. I moved in after that board had been attached to the wall, so I thought it was part of the renovations. I had no part in that decision. I’m assuming that’s what the damage charge is for, I looked over the entire apartment and found no damage matching the image. I have attached my ledger and a photo I took while monitoring my acne progress shortly after I moved in dated April 19th. I did not attach the whiteboard to the wall, especially as I was actively unpacking my things, from my old apartment, which did not include a white board. I’m surprised this was not noticed in previous inspections before I moved in.

In the cleaning checklist for move out it describes bathtub/shower cleaning being a $50 charge. I accept those charges due to some staining on the bathtub. I should not be charged $150 for cleaning. The pictures the property has provided to me seem to be mold growth that is due to their poor air ventilation and air conditioning malfunctions. I will not pay for managements lack of proper ventilation that caused mold growth. As soon as I moved in I noticed the smell of mildew and mold was already present so this is a property issue not an issue caused by me.

06/01/2026 Turn Damage (ATH) $125.00Water Leak occurred, on Feb. 23 from an upstairs unit with water traveling through multiple walls through out my unit due to the up stairs unit above with a long duration (of multiple hours) that occurred before the water leak could be shut off. As a result of the long jeopardy of the travel of water that took place with lack of repair and restoration by property management, paint pealed and flaked off from that walls due to the trapped moisture that occured.

im being charged +200 dollars for damages i clearly stated were there and weren’t caused by me. I have photos of damaged things before even moving in for proof. Paint wise i don’t think i had gotten any photos cause i didn’t see any damaged paint unless it was hidden. I had specially asked and stated in person that i sean trsek was going to leave 1. 9 Nails in the wall so my roommate who was transferring into my room could hang his hats there. 2. I left the LED’s for my roommate in which me and him both agreed on it as well. 3. The shelf in the bathroom, i asked my roommate if he’d want me to leave it and he did so i asked the front office if that was okay. I go the approval for all three but i guess unless it’s written in email it doesn’t count and now i may have to pay +200 dollars for something i communicated about with staff and my roommate.

I was billed $150 two times for damages dated June 1,2026. Why am I being charged twice? In addition, I left the apartment in May 8, 2026, why am I charged for electricity after that date?
