I was charged for paint damage that was there before I arrived. The shower paint damage was what I was charged for and I have video proof to prove that damage wasn’t me.

I’ve emailed & emailed & put in requests for this tub to be cleaned & scrubbed. After many emails & going to the office no one came & cleaned the tub. The only time they came in my room was to repair paint on the sink. I’ve even stated before I’ve moved out that the tub has been that dirty once I’ve moved in & I’ll try scrubbing it. If I had any issues I would email or go to the office. As I went to the office I told whoever was working the office that day that my tub isn’t getting cleaned & how nasty it was. I was told that someone will come up & clean it just to look out for an email & never got anything from anyone. So charging me $75 for something I’m NOT responsible for is ridiculous.

Move out and lease termination was conducted March 16. Charges have been listed for April rent after move out was completed. Would like to dispute rent charges for April as move out and lease termination was set in March 2026

I am not sure of what “Turn damage” refers to but I returned the unit in the condition it was when I moved in.

The statement I received indicates that there is 468.00$ left to pay for January’s rent. However, this has been paid in full by me on January 1st 725.00$.

There is an outstanding charge of $331 that doesn’t make any sense to me. It’s titled Accelerated Rent and on the notes it says New move in on 12/16. I was told already that my room doesn’t have any damages and that I will not have any charges. I am expecting FULL refund of my deposit. Thank you!

No concerns, unfortunately it just could no longer work out.

Throughout my time living there I made multiple reports about serious noise disturbances coming from the unit above me — yelling, screaming, banging — that sounded like a domestic situation. Despite my reports, nothing was ever addressed and the situation continued. I genuinely felt unsafe in my apartment.Per the lease, the living environment was supposed to be safe and comfortable, and I did not feel that my safety concerns were taken seriously or resolved. Because of this, I don’t believe I should be held responsible for the full two months of additional rent as I felt I had no other choice but to leave for my safety.
