we made appointments but when we arrived the dealer showed no sign of our appointment ever existingWe have the same issue as before. All that work for nothing.We had to go in three times to fix a parking sensor issue, wait 4 hours each time. First it took them 4 hours to identify the problem. Then they ordered the part and we had to go back, but it turns out they ordered the wrong part so we went back again. In the end we still have the same issue, the same error message. The dealer just wasted hours of our lives.

I have to take time off work to get my car serviced, I wish the service department was open on Saturday.I'm not able to see where the car is taken for service, I trust service was done as expected.I was offered a car wash but declined because rain was expected in the forecast.I use the Carnamic app. I get notifications that voltage is below 12.0V. I advised the rep, and was told the battery needed to be charged, the vehicle was taken to have the battery charged but still getting the notification warnings. Not sure why. The last notification was 4/19/26, 12:20PM, "voltage has dropped 11.9V below the minimum of 12.0V" is this something I should be concerned about?

I went in for a specific problem and was missed in the first attempt. I was disappointed and did not wanted to ever go back, but Nichole call me back to make sure I was happy with the results. I told her the issue, and she right way offer a quick solution free of charge. Thank you Nichole, you are the best.
