Having an appointment means noting because I had to wait over 2 hoursThey did a quick wash and vacuum not very good but I appreciate the effort.Looking forward to improvements on the wait time especially if you have an appointment.

I have no idea if the dealership was even involved with the issue. The question is why Mitsubishi Motors sent me a survey to provide feedback on a service that I did not have. Recently I also had an issue at a tire company when they thought the vehicle belonged to someone else. Why?

My Appointment was delayed. Due to customers inline. So what’s the point of an appointment if the time is not honored or ask if anyone has and apt.Very small building was hard to locate drive way.They worked with me and getting my new to me used Mitsubishi Sport Outlander SE updated on all services.
