Went for a recall and another issue. Waited for 3 hours with zero communication when the car may be complete or any update on service as I waited.I left with no explanation of services rendered and only to find out a small button on my steering wheel was not fixed.Walked in and wasn’t greeted by anyone. Took a seat and after a couple minutes decided to go ask someone for help.

vehicles are taken off site to get oil changes, I have to trust all is well.I was able to see that my vehicle was ready through the glass windows, they were busy helping other customers, I didn't want to wait once my vehicle was ready.didn't notice the written explanation till I got home, was curious about the battery and the tire treads.I detest survey's.very attentive to the vehicle and the wait time, love the complementary car wash.

I was called and told the car will be finished by 4PM. They called me I took BART and I got out of the dealership around 630PM.I was shocked to find out that Hayward Mitsubishi moved to a shack. No one is going to buy Mitsubishis if you don't display them properly.Mona is very nice but she could only work with what she has available. She didn't tell me what they found in the inspection until after I was told the car was ready. I was shocked to find out that they couldn't find my SSID for the app.They rushed my service and my things weren't put back in my car. Now I have to drive another 2 hours to get my things back.I think because of the shop hours, they couldn't accommodate keeping my car there to provide the services required.I was surprised how long my service would take. I would not have scheduled a 30k recommend service on a Friday.
