I had a recall matter resolved at the Kia dealership formally the Mitsubishi dealership across the street from the Mitsubishi service office.its economical smooth driving and easy on gas.

Online service scheduling was good but when I wanted to speak with a (human) Service Agent, it was almost impossible to get a hold of one. Voicemail messages were not promptly returned if at all.My main issue is the difficulty to speak with a live person whether it’s the Service Advisor or the Parts Dept. Phone calls always defaults to voicemail and as I mentioned earlier calls were never returned? I had to keep calling again the day after!Had good Service experience.
