Problems with cool air in hallways during warmer summer days and major problem for the staff. Older building that needs a better air flow system.

Care staff need to be trained on wound care better…due to overexuberance/ignoring my moms concerns a healing wound was scabs was “cleaned”. All the scabbing was removed which made her skin totally raw/bleeding/ open and effectively got my mom’s surgery date postponed. Other than my unhappiness with this staff member…I am so grateful to how much you care for and about my mom

I’ve been in 3 other Assisted Livings, all Medicaid facilities. The food her is frightening. I have to spend $50 a week at least on food I can prepare. I’ve lost 40lbs since I moved in in May. I’m not trying to lose anything.

It seems very short staff there a lot. When I do call the phone, will. Just keep ringing, no matter how many times I call, especially on the weekends.

Concern for our hard working med techs and caregivers that have a huge area to cover with limited staff, some of whom often work double shifts. Also why do they not have health coverage in a health facility?

The food is so poorly prepared that I’ve lost 60lbs in the six months I’ve been living here. I don’t like any of their food. My family can’t come in and have a meal with me even.
