We saw moths & reported them immediately. We were promised cedar chips to be placed but there was no sign of any cedar chips.

I reserved for 8/1/26, moved my belongings that day and everything went perfect.

Customer Rep was informative and helpful.

I had water coming in from the mechanical room into my unit. I was quickly relocated to a new unit with the same price as first contracted. Everyone at the center was accommodating to make sure it was an easy move financially. Nothing in my unit was damaged because I had the foresight to have all of my possessions on shelving. Special shout out to Mickey, because he was a temp for the day I moved and handled the paperwork which was a little different than what he was used to. Deena is my go-to person at this location, but she was on vacation. So all is good. I will continue to do business here.

rented 2 units. and use 1 for 2 weeks & i was told that it i only use for 2 weeks that’s what i’ll be charged but i didn’t they charge for a whole month and i only use it for 2 weeks so what they told me was a lie just to get my in to rent it

Like please tell me how its any of your business if its during normal hours before 10pm what myself or my husband are doing in our private storage... seriously.... that's wild kicking me out just like that SMH Yaah yaah..
