Wish I had a better review. I purchased an auction unit for over $11.000. Less then a weeks later facility has a flood, possibly from negligence as I assume a pipe burst. I wasted 3 full days, a round trip of 2.5 hours each time, multiple tolls to deal with this situation. After the 3rd time the team cleaned my unit out. Found 41 damaged Digital Touch screens. I am going to be out so much money from this. And the regional manager (Sergio I believe) wouldn’t even credit me for the months rent. Nick at the actual facility is great- but I would never recommended cubesmart at all until this this rectified. Not happy at all.

A week into having my unit all of my belongs got ruined from a pipe bust and flooding my unit. Not much information was given. Not much help/options was provided. Extremely disappointed.

In my time of need i believe that the two ladies who helped me must have been GOD'S Angels and they made me feel better when I left having the best possible experience with the knowledge of the timing for hours of operation,,, if I remember correctly NICOLE and ANGELA thank you so much ♥️ ❤️

been an almost exclusively positive experience in short time with CubeSmart. The people, processes, security, etc are all top notch. Only negative is the area of my unit (B87) is short of lighting but thats a minor inconvenience. Happy overall
