No one explained to me about the new monthly insurance charges.The girl at front desk seems to be very busy with her work and not really concerned much for the new customer, in a hurry to get rid of the customer, instead of communicating.

Teresa (not sure of spelling) is fantastic! Facility is super clean and easy to access. We hired some guys from Task Rabbit, one of whom is a professional mover. They both commented on what a great facility it is. Probably the best they have seen.
