The Manager, Tracie, was courteous and patient as she showed me several options for a new storage unit. She allowed me time to measure and take pictures of those units I was considering - which was greatly appreciated. I wish other companies provided such professional customer service. Those facility itself is clean, bright and even has music playing! I highly recommend CubeSmart.

Need more carts is my only complaint as is with other people also, We should not have to chase down a cart from another building. I like the place is always clean and the price is good also. Sincerely, David N

I have more than 4 years using a deposit which at first I acquired for a price of 88 dollars and in January of this year they sent me a letter where I had to pay 196 dollars I went to claim and I was cordially attended and they made me a proposal They gave me a convenient solution to continue using the service.
