I was bothered by the fact that my sister and I both rented same size units on the 1st floor that same day just a couple hours apart due to an emergency (I was evicted that day and needed somewhere for stuff to go; I feel like my urgency was taken advantage of somewhat), and she got the first month free while I just got 1/2 off the first month. I asked the guy why and he said it's sort of a supply and demand thing; I got the last unit of that size on the first floor, and since I needed that one and they knew that, they were less likely to offer more because they knew I needed it. That's messed up, more so being that my mother and I have been Cubesmart customers at another location since 2016! My sister and I should've gotten the same deal and my urgency shouldn't have been taken advantage of.

Rep was helpful and knowledgeable. Took his time with me, even though I came after my appointment.

Clear guidance on promotions applied for the first month vs 2nd month, staff took us to different storage sizes to help us decide which size to proceed with, easy instructions + map to access storage units, affordable first-month storage due to discounts.

The facility is kept extremely well cleaned,no rodents etc. Management is courteous and willing to address any issues immediately.,making any encounter a positive one.

Facility has been great. Clean upon arrival and employee Shasta very helpful when I had questions.

The staff was very helpful and I will recommend the services to anyone needing services. I cannot say enough about them At the medlock branch. I had multiple units.

Only concern is I went to storage today and looks like someone tried cutting were lock is, thinking I want to switch units
