My storage unit 7008 was cut as if someone tried to remove lock. Please install a new slide hasp!! Also, unit 6-36 inside looks as if someone has tried to cut the metal also.

Checking in at Cubesmart on W. 55th Street didn't start off on the best foot, I was assigned a dusty unit with little to no space due to an obstruction positioned in the center of the unit. Causing limited mobility and space. Upon complaining nothing was initially done, until complaining again, only this time directly to the worker who assigned the unit. They quickly reassigned a new unit, causing some relief, yet and still a bit of stress due to having to move all over again. When doing so, I was required to exchange my driver's license for a key to utilize a dolly, upon completion I was to turn key in, in order to have my driver's license returned. Upon returning to make exchange, the worker who reassigned unit was gone and so was my driver's license. I complained to the only other front desk worker available "Victor" who initially seemed more concerned with telling me "they have no dumpster or trash can and I would have to take any trash with me." However, upon finding out my driver's license was missing he apologized and went into action assessing how to get it back. Days passed before Victor returned saying "he had been contacting another customer who left an unclaimed drivers license and managed to get a hold of them. By the following day my driver's license was returned. Sending a special thanks to VICTOR! 🙏

Todo muy bien las únicas 2 cosas que no me ha gustado en la localización que estoy cuando llueve se acumula mucho el agua en la puerta principal de abajo y nadie la barre o la retira y lo segundo que la puerta del gate casi no sirve si no es por los managers de la oficina que son excelentes personas y excelente trabajo
