Customer Service is at the most amazing!! I worked with Shelly and she had the best customer service and was so helpful with the entire process. I absolutely adore her. If it were not for her, I would actually give it two or three stars only because of the temperature of the storage. I moved from two different storages, which was amazing spaces and storage sense and combined both of those two storages into one storage here at the Cube. The temperature at the other two storages appeared to be around 65 or 70 and kept the units nice and cold. Here at the Cube, it’s not very cold at all. It feels like it’s on 75 or 80 but I’m not sure. That’s my only complaint as I am paying for a temperature unit. Other than that, Customer Service was amazing. Oh, and I was also able to utilize their truck, which was one of the reasons why I rented there outside of needing a temperature unit.

My experience at "CubeSmart" was great. The customer service provided by Dorothy was outstanding! She was very thorough and patient answering all of my questions. At the end of the day when I had forgotten how to lock up my storage, there she was to my rescue. To sum it up, I had a pleasurable experience and respect the kindness and professionalism shown by Dorothy.
