I’ve had several storages moving around in my 25 years in the military, this the best one thus far. Great customer service and very clean. Also, professional and helpful.

I had a wonderful assistant her name was Juanita and she explained the process so clearly..she was very professional and respectful.. Smiling as she spoke to us..allowing us to ask questions as she answered….she listened and then gave her answers..

I've been renting a double size unit for ten or fifteen years and finally used enough of the contents to move the remainder to a space half that size. Management was pleasant and helpful throughout.

Henesy made the set up really easy and smooth. After that, things became much much more inconsistent in quality. The 4x4 rented had a large obstruction in it which was not advertised. We all agreed that I would begin the rental on November 1st but I was billed on the 17th of October and now all the bills are on the 17th of the month. I did not access it until November 1st. I was charged for insurance I was not told about and a lock from you that was required to get the insurance I did not need. The Free pick up was 1 hour later than the latest time of the 2 hour time slot but he was helpful (probably because it only took me 30 min). Lots of hidden fees and not the full product that was advertised and purchased, ie. 4 x 4 with a large obstruction is not 4x4.
