Front desk staff is often unhelpful. When we first checked in to our appointment, the process was very confusing and we weren’t given a map or any directions on how to find our unit except for the floor number. It is required to give your ID as collateral for a moving cart, but front desk staff are hardly ever there to give a cart, and when they are there, they are often rude.

Easy check in , easy access to units. Great staff to deal with.

This was a simple and affordable process. Gina had great customer service! She was extremely friendly and helpful. This was a huge burden off of my shoulders.
