The service was excellent but I was alarmed when I saw rat poison in the right hand corner of my storage unit and a giant roach (or water bug) on the first floor. I was here once before with no issues such as these, that is why I returned. If I was not in hurry that day I would have asked to change storage units. I would like to follow up on this. This feedback is only intended for the management I don't want to post this to the public, maybe the situation can be resolved.

The mgr Scott was very helpful and went out of his way to direct me to the correct unitTrue professional!!!
