Great experience! The lady at the front desk was awesome. She helped me out and was extremely patient. She showed me multiple units until I chose the perfect one to accommodate my needs. My one suggestion to you is to not be one of these storage facilities that everyone talks about and winds up pulling all of their belongings out of. These are the type of facilities to rope you in with a fantastic price and then 3 months later raise the price of your rent by hundreds of dollars . So far you guys have been great at keeping things very consistent price-wise. The customers really value, respect, and appreciate transparency and consistency!!!

I was shown a 5 foot by 5 foot and 8 foot high locker I said I will take it, then when I go to bring items to the locker they assigned a different locker not the one I agreed on, the difference between the two is the one I received has a beam inside the locker taking much of the space in the locker. Very misleading and that sneaky tactic that gets me angry and bad customer service at the location 6 street in Brooklyn, the women was not professional at all.

At my location in East Meadow there’s not enough carts. I was quoted one price and the next day. It was a higher price than I was quoted the previous day. I am not happy.

The facility is very clean and the staff is always so kind. My storage unit is reasonably priced.
