Great office personnel, a bit disappointed in the rate hikes which seem to happen every few months since we first started our contract.

I had a short stay but all my needs were meet for the duration

I have been a customer for many years and I have always had a positive experience with them. The facility is always kept very clean and the staff, especially the Site Manager, are very professional and knowledgeable of the company policies. I have recommended this place to family, friends and colleagues.

It’s so easy and hassle free to use CubeSmart!

Angie was super helpful & friendly

It ww great.

I’m very satisfied. I moved from a storage unit in Laurel and the ease of access at Cube is phenomenal. I feel that my property is very secure. It’s a little hot on the third floor but other than that, good experience.

Personable and professional staff

My experience with Cube Smart has been great! I rented a climate controlled space and it has been well maintained and the premises are clean and safe. The staff has been very helpful and personable and gave clear information and instructions.

Everything went smoothly. The agent consider I'm a lady and over 60 hence he searched and found a unit that does not require climbing a ladder.
