My experience at "CubeSmart" was great. The customer service provided by Dorothy was outstanding! She was very thorough and patient answering all of my questions. At the end of the day when I had forgotten how to lock up my storage, there she was to my rescue. To sum it up, I had a pleasurable experience and respect the kindness and professionalism shown by Dorothy.
