The Hispanic man and black women was good. The Hispanic women asked me to tell her specifically what was going into my locker or if I was putting drugs in there. Then kept circling my unit area staring at me like a psycho. Also she is the only one who doesn’t say hello or goodbye. Just rude really. Then she was saying right before I paid paid “ we only take physical cards here. It was random and loud

I had an not so pleasant, move that had me emotionally and physically drained. The Manager showed empathy. She was gracious enough to complete my registration.

It makes no sense that the discount rates for a second unit are only available to first time customers. That means only newcomers renting more than one space at once or those with other family members willing to sign up for a second unit as a “newcomer” get the favorable rates. This discriminates against solo householders scaling up from a smaller to a larger unit. I’d like you to correct this. Doing so would be more inclusive, better business. Also alarmed to find that my insurance cover was not properly administered on my first unit and only rectified this because I rented a second unit. That is ESSENTIAL. The staff are GREAT and the space is well maintained (no crackheads living in units in this branch unlike elsewhere in the country, yes really) but these other basic details shave off points because they are not small issues

East riverside , both guys are very accommodating and helpful. I had a mix up with my furniture going into the wrong unit, they helped and made great suggestions. Plus patience!!! M.Bodie

Great customer service

I really like CubeSmart they are clean and prices are fair but the CubeSmart on Sheppard really needs to fix the elevator on the west side of the building.
