Reserving a storage was super easy to do online and when we arrived everything we needed was in the unit ready for us. We received a call soon after reserving online and the person on the phone was very professional and helpful.

The place was nice and clean, and the personnel are very friendly. However, i believe that they need more people working there. I had to wait to register and get to my unit. another person was also waiting just to get in.

Exceptionally clean facility and the staff was extremely helpful.

Receptionist is very knowledgeable and pleasant ,which made it so easy. I thought the space might have been too small, but it turned out to be perfect!

The staff at the desk and Osman the driver of the van ( what a gem!) are so responsive , helpful and attentive. The stellar combination of Cube Smart’s staff, having a van available ( brilliant !!!) , the parking spaces and the equipment available on site to move bulky items ,makes an otherwise dreaded task in a major city such as New York, quite seamless. Cube Smart has thought of everything!
