Very quick & easy sign up

There are the same two guys working the front desk all the time. They are both very nice and kind. They both are very knowledgeable and helpful. The place is always clean and this visit I saw someone walking around and sweeping so great. The only feedback is this place is busy on weekends and everyone always needs help there is not enough staff to help with cart checkout. This holds up a lot of people and annoys everyone. I use Uber to help me move stuff back and forth from my apartment and now with the long wait times for cart check outs I have to unload my things on the curb and hope I get back in time with a cart before my stuff get stollen or knocked over. It makes for a less seamless experience at your facility.

Your staff was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The storage facility is clean and properly maintained.

Super easy to get set up, get a storage unit with very friendly and helpful manager. Would recommend it to anyone! Specifically wanted climate controlled unit. Mobile app support was a pleasant surprise and very easy to set up!

The facility manager was so wonderful! She walked me to my locker and showed me all the closest entrances. She went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable with everything.
