Courteous and professional

No one explained to me about the new monthly insurance charges. The girl at front desk seems to be very busy with her work and not really concerned much for the new customer, in a hurry to get rid of the customer, instead of communicating.

Vanessa was exceptional in her helpfulness. Thank you.

Great

Always helpfully

Teresa (not sure of spelling) is fantastic! Facility is super clean and easy to access. We hired some guys from Task Rabbit, one of whom is a professional mover. They both commented on what a great facility it is. Probably the best they have seen.

The service was excellent but I was alarmed when I saw rat poison in the right hand corner of my storage unit and a giant roach (or water bug) on the first floor. I was here once before with no issues such as these, that is why I returned. If I was not in hurry that day I would have asked to change storage units. I would like to follow up on this. This feedback is only intended for the management I don't want to post this to the public, maybe the situation can be resolved.

The mgr Scott was very helpful and went out of his way to direct me to the correct unitTrue professional!!!

So far so good thanks
