Friendly staff and clean facility

Decently clean facility, though crowded when we were trying to move in (with only one elevator working). Staff seemed courteous and competent. The unit was clean, and overall I think this will be a better storage facility (for a good price) than where I was renting previously.

We found the facility easy to access and navigate. Also well lit and clean.

I been a customer for over 10 yrs now their customer service are exceptional always helping their customer and making sure that their , our storage needs are met ..

The manager is great and went above and beyond.

The storage unit is very clean and free of pests. The Office employee (I sorry to say I forgot her name) was patient and great to work with. She had to make a change to my storage request because of an error on my part.

So far everything has been fine. Everyone respectful and professional

Staff was very helpful upon arrival! My only complaint is that I couldn't pay before arrival online. It offered me the 10% off for the first month, but it wouldn't let me complete the sign up, so I couldn't get the 10%.
