The facility needs more carts

I think this place is great. It's so clean. It has a very large covered unloading area, which was very nice because when we arrived it was pouring. Plenty of carts, and smooth elevators. The hallways where the units are located are spotless. I can't say enough about Savannah, she was so helpful. The instructions to get the doors open and to use the elevators are simple, but I was so exhausted I kept messing up. She was so patient and helped me out with a smile! She was so friendly, and I really appreciated that! I also found the pricing and rates to be reasonable and the climate control to be effective. All the staff I talked to while researching then choosing this unit and location were very pleasant and helpful. I would totally recommend them.

Tina.. is always accommodating and efficient... She cares about her customers.. I appreciate how she ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained. She is also very friendly and greets everyone with a smile. My response can be shared by not my name... thank you

As always it was great. The manager Tracy goes out of her way to be sure every tenant is well taken care of. She is an asset to Cube Smart !
