My experience from start to finish was amazing. Unfortunately, on the day I was set to move there was a misunderstanding and my movers did not show up. Because of this the move took a lot longer than expected. When I realized that I would be longer than I planned, I called the store to find out how much it would cost me to keep the truck longer. Rob, the GM of the Hilliard OH location, store 0779, told me that it would be no extra cost since the truck had not been reserved by anyone else. Not only did he not charge me, he insisted that I take my time and be safe and get the truck back as soon as I can. It took my daughter and I two hours past closing time and when I returned Mr. Rob was patiently waiting. And I am extremely grateful for his grace.
