The place was very organized, the staff was helpful and nice. The only thing I didn't like was they added an administrative fee to my bill...isn't that what they hire the front desk folks to do? That made me angry.

Reserving a storage was super easy to do online and when we arrived everything we needed was in the unit ready for us. We received a call soon after reserving online and the person on the phone was very professional and helpful.

The place was nice and clean, and the personnel are very friendly.However, i believe that they need more people working there. I had to wait to register and get to my unit. another person was also waiting just to get in.
