Exceptionally clean facility and the staff was extremely helpful.

Excellent customer service

.

Receptionist is very knowledgeable and pleasant ,which made it so easy. I thought the space might have been too small, but it turned out to be perfect!

The staff at the desk and Osman the driver of the van ( what a gem!) are so responsive , helpful and attentive. The stellar combination of Cube Smart’s staff, having a van available ( brilliant !!!) ,the parking spaces and the equipment available on site to move bulky items ,makes an otherwise dreaded task in a major city such as New York, quite seamless. Cube Smart has thought of everything!

Love it easy access with app. Awesome staff , very personable and easy to work with, very efficent and knowledgeable.
