The access code I was provided with did not work. I had to call the manager at my location to get the right code and when I got it the name on the code is a different name. I don't know what's up with that but it was really stressful. Wish there were bathrooms available in the facility. Other than these inconveniences the storage space was perfect, and clean. I would rent more storage space here if I needed to and I would recommend. And the app is super helpful and a nice touch.

It’s a nice storage facility except there’s not any trash cans anywhere or maps. No signs directing you to which of the 3 doors to use. Moving is already a frustrating experience in itself.

The staff was friendly and eager to help in any way they could. They were knowledgeable and offered several valuable suggestions to me. The gave the type of customer service from beginning on the first phone call, down to the very end of a lot of hard work, the kind of customer service you absolutely do not see today. It was the customer service that felt like a neighbor helping a neighbor vs. a service to sell and get you out. Thank you !
