Excellent service

I'm very pleased to have found a storage unit I can afford. I'm 75 and on a fixed income. I was a little disappointed that it was freezing cold in the unit, which means it will probably be too hot in the summer. I can deal with that, but my unit has no lighting directly from the hall, and none inside. One of the days that I dropped off items, there were no carts available to bring my items to the unit. The employees seem very pleasant and helpful, and overall, I am happy to have a space to store my belongings.

It's only been 5th of January 2026 and it's a rat 🐀 running threw my unit plus i have notice that one has been caught so what and when do pest control comes

There were people hanging out in the bathroom when I went in that I’m not sure have units there which is concerning because I know there’s a code to get inside

There is not enough dollies to transport the boxes to the unit. My storage unit only has four.I had to go and buy one of my own that’s kind of ridiculous

First rate help from staff. Lock is a pain

Tried to start my rental but could not do so because no-one as in the office - notice on door said they would be back by a specific time but no-one showed up for over an hour after that.Have submitted details of my insurance and am still waiting for a revised invoice
