It was Memorial Day and I had to bring things to my unit. I was surprised the office was open. I went in to cool off a bit and ended up talking to Scott and buying some boxes. Nice guy.

All the paperwork was easy and fast , to fill

I have no issues at this time. The associates that I’ve talked to are very pleasant and happy to assist in my needs and questions. During the heavy rains that we’ve had, I went to my unit and thankfully the roof does not leak. Premises are very clean. So far, I’m very happy I chose CubeSmart. 👍👍👍

I don’t remember the gentleman’s name but the hispanic guy heavy set around 5’10 long medium-long hair whom I got the storage with went above and beyond as far as professionalism and work ethic goes. He answered all of my questions and my mother’s questions while needing a storage unit as soon as possible in our time of need and despair and was quick to get us settled in. Cudos to him. Whatever you guys are paying him, increase it !! i will be not only choosing but will promoting CubeSmart over u-haul or any other storage options. Thanks and let him know to keep it up !
