Very nice. The lady who work there is nice and professional.

The employees were super kind, welcoming and helpful as I got set up to move in. Pat and Luis are wonderful! The facility is amazingly clean. Unfortunately, I don’t think I would recommend this place to anyone strictly based on the terribly frustrating and horrible moving carts. The wheels either don’t move correctly or are stuck. It is exhausting and takes forever to get down the hallway because the carts all move at an angle, rather than straight. I have to fight the cart to try and keep it straight the entire way down the isle, but it always drags to one side so I have to keep stopping to physically lift up the front end of the cart and straighten it out, then keep dragging, then repeat. If I didn’t stop to adjust it, the cart would drag down the walls and bash into the units. By the time I leave I’m tired and sweating from just moving the platform on wheels, which should be the easy part. I have tried several carts there and they’re all bad. Other customers I have ran into there all complain about them too. It makes me think twice about even bringing items there... To keep your customers happy and to avoid damage to the walls, please do something about the carts! I’m sure there are some people who will get too frustrated then not even care if the cart drags into the walls. Also, not as big of a deal, but when the time comes to replace any garage doors, they should have some windows, or there should be some sort of light or notification when a bay is in use. Several times I have parked at the garage, and when door opens the bay is occupied. So then you have to move over to another. The cube smart location at 62nd and Harlem is great, but I’m begging you, please invest in new carts!!

I had to get a storage unit fast called and got everything worked out same day from out of state even! Then had to cancel due to extreme circumstances and they totally accommodated me. I can’t say how much this meant to me just for a company to be kind !

Angela (Medlock Bridge, GA) was Awesome! Talked me through all the issues (using Apple Mac) with completing the rental agreement. Took 6 times to book and payment took 3 times. I was going to bail , but talked with Angela and continued on. Space is clean!!!

Had a large unit that I needed to downsize. The staff was excellent in helping me get the right unit for my needs.

Clean facility, love the easy drive up access. The ladies at the office are nice and helpful. Rates seem ridiculous and I suspect will increase way too quickly, probably the biggest negative.

Very accommodating, knowledgeable staff. Juan was a pleasure to work with, and your Customer Service is one of the best I have ever dealt with. You sure can’t go wrong here!

Overall it was very good. The one downside is that there is no easy way to get in touch with the individual facilities, just the call center. Does not make for easy resolution of some problems that are "center" specific

I had shopped and talked to at least three other storage facilities in my search for where to put my belongings. Your staff did everything right from the very beginning which included me walking in and needing a U-Haul in that very moment when my movers no showed me. Not only did they make it available for me to leave right at that moment and go pick up my belongings but when I came back it was just about the time another client had reserved the U-Haul and your staff didn’t just abandon me to unload and take up to the fourth floor what was left after I sold and moved home of 31 years . It was a very stressful day and a more stressful time. And if your staff hadn’t been there for me helping me out unsolicited all along the way I don’t know what I would’ve done. I recommend cube storage with the highest review possible
