I worked with Jackie over the phone - she was very helpful.When I arrived to the Cube Smart destination in Pembroke Pines, Fl Shauna assisted me. She was so helpful. She accompanied me to my unit, showed me how to open the storage door and use the lock. Shauna also guided me through the steps to use the security key pad, as well as helped me with the box selection. They are both extremely professional, and very knowledgeable. Overall an outstanding experience!!

I have been so impressed with the service I have received from Cubesmart of Cape Coral, Fl. I am renovating a house on a bridge-less barrier island 15 hours from my home, which is a major logistical challenge. Vicky and Matt at Cubesmart have gone out of their way to help make this a less daunting task. They always answer the phone with a willing attitude and have gone out of the way to help. From large furniture deliveries to Amazon packages, these folks have helped make it happen. They are stellar communicators and have even taken pictures of my deliveries for me.
