The elevator was dirty, and upon exiting on the 3rd floor, several active cockroaches were noticed. The unit I rented had bugs(spiders, small cockroaches). Since I never moved into the unit, the manager did not offer to refund any portion of the monies I paid. This was the first time I attempted to rent from CubeSmart. I will never attempt to rent from them again or recommend them to others!

I had a wonderful assistant her name was Juanita and she explained the process so clearly..she was very professional and respectful.. Smiling as she spoke to us..allowing us to ask questions as she answered….she listened and then gave her answers..

I've been renting a double size unit for ten or fifteen years and finally used enough of the contents to move the remainder to a space half that size. Management was pleasant and helpful throughout.
