Good experience

Staff was friendly and helpful

Dondrick was extremely kind and helpful when we were signing up for our new unit. We’ve always used Cubesmart where we’ve lived and definitely made the right decision to do so again!

I really appreciate Connie for her wonderful customer service. Thank you for your kindness and welcoming.

found the unit size I needed at an affordable price for a climate control storage facility. Great customer service.

Everything has been great, so far. Everything is clean. I have easy, and secure access to my things.

Excellent front desk help. I don’t recall the two ladies and gentleman that helped me but kudos to them. They went above and beyond the call of duty and thank you to them. Anaheim office

The sales person was very professional and knowledgeable and courteous, which is a great asset to your company.

Glen was an amazing staff to help me figure out all my problems that I had with my storage and auto pay. Not only so he was very informative for all my issues and got all my situation resolved. He was also very polite and respectful, and had the most patient with figuring out my problems related with the storage and auto pay. 5 stars to Glen!
