Very helpful and clean facility

When I initially got my storage I was excited with the competitive pricing, size of the facility, cleanliness, and its accessibility. However, I recently went to put a bunch of boxes in storage and to my surprise the elevator was not working. I had to go up 5 flights of stairs making multiple trips to unload my items. For what I’m paying this is completely unacceptable. I hope this does not happen in the future.

Most important thing for a storage facility is there elevators. They have 2 of them and only 1 is working right now. When I originally got my storage unit 1 was broken which I was told was being fixed and still hasn't been fixed and now the 1 that was working is also broken. That to me is crazy that a storage facility doesn't have any working elevators. Soon as they break down they should have an elevator company at the place ASAP to get not just 1 of them working but both of them immediately. So basically having a storage unit there is useless unless there elevators are working. People who have units there should be getting some type of refund every month until they have those elevators working. Plus there carts are way to small.

My move out of a large cube to a smaller cube was flawless! Thank you for the offer and savings in making a seamless move!

The elevator was dirty, and upon exiting on the 3rd floor, several active cockroaches were noticed. The unit I rented had bugs(spiders, small cockroaches). Since I never moved into the unit, the manager did not offer to refund any portion of themonies I paid. This was the first time I attempted to rent from CubeSmart. I will never attempt to rent from them again or recommend them to others!

Online reservation was quick and easy, facility is very clean, parking is a bit tight.
