My family has been a customer for many years and recently I took my own storage and after signing the contract I got an invoice that was 60% higher. I called several times but got no answer. This is the worst customer experience I ever had and am considering moving my business somewhere else.

I was given misinformation concerning the rental of the unit. Which led to me not receiving a refund regardless to the fact that I did not move into the unit. It was reserved on a Friday at 5 and canceled the following Saturday morning.

The staff and all are great. I have had storage there for many years. I am not happy that the hours are so much later now, and getting kicked out at 5:45pm is really not cool. If this doesn't change soon I will have to move out. Presently I have 3 units. 2 medium and 1 large.
