My experience with Healey Mitsubishi has been excellent from the beginning.Smooth sales process.I have brought my Outlander in for service at Healey and each time was easy, professional and pleasant. And very informative. Sometimes I would drop my car off the night before and pick it up after hours. So, I never saw anyone, but the professional communication that I received during the day about the work that was needed or oil changes, or a quick fix of something small was so amazing. We had some trouble with procuring the ID card for insurance on a Saturday and two different salespeople worked towards that goal. We were all unsuccessful, but we were allowed to take the car home with dealer plates. Everything was resolved on Monday!We were assisted with every aspect of purchasing our Outlander.
