We had some trouble with procuring the ID card for insurance on a Saturday and two different salespeople worked towards that goal. We were all unsuccessful, but we were allowed to take the car home with dealer plates. Everything was resolved on Monday!We were assisted with every aspect of purchasing our Outlander.
