I was looking for a certain payment and I was looking forward to the 0% aprI was very clear when I went to look at the vehicle that if I had negative equity from my trade in I would have to think about it. I had negative equity and I wanted to follow up with my insurance before making any decisions. The sales rep was very rude saying “I was under the impression that we would make a sale today” as I went to the car for privacy he stated at me through the window made me extremely uncomfortable. If it wasn’t for Gill I would have never purchased the vehicle.

If a downloadable/printable form of the 'permission granted' statement from the outside of the key drop off envelope was available online it would be appreciated ( faster and 'warmer' when dropping off car in winter). Could print/sign at home and put in envelope with keys.Personel are helpful, professional and friendly.

No improvement necessary. I was in and out in no timeFriendly and helpful staff.
