Fraudulent Non-disclosure, Deceptive Rental Practices, and Failure to Address Ongoing Noise Disturbance. Management had a legal obligation to disclose the existence of a known and ongoing noise disturbance materially affecting the habitability and quiet enjoyment of the apartment. Immediately upon moving into the apartment - literally on the first day of occupancy - we discovered severe disturbing noises coming from the upstairs apartment. The disturbances are continuous and extreme. We are routinely awakened every morning between approximately 5:00-6:00 AM by loud disturbing noises from the upstairs apartment. The noises continue throughout the day and frequently persist until approximately 11:00-11:30 PM and on some days even later. These conditions have made normal sleep and peaceful occupancy of the apartment impossible. We repeatedly complained to management in writing regarding this issue All our complaints have been ignored.Apartment itself is in very poor condition:* Rusted bathtub with patch covering the whole bottom;* Cracked toilet bowl;* Worn out and damaged kitchen cabinets;* No light in oven and freezer;* Chipped stovetop.

The apartment could have been a lot cleaner . I didn't want to start cleaning when I moved inn

Staff did not show up for move out inspection. Had to go to office and wait an hour because they had to call in a maintenance employee who was off that day.Roomate and I kept receiving texts that we had not paid our rent for the month for move out even though we had and verified with the main office that we paid the correct prorated amount for the final month. Took multiple requests to get billing to stop contacting us about the incorrect unpaid rent. The statement for the final month was also incorrect as it did not have the prorated rent and according to the main office, the statement is unable to adjust the rent to a prorated amount. This was very confusing and felt intentionally predatory as the billing department kept requesting the full amount.

The dishwasher is still not fixed. Its been two weeks. Do you want to me to believe that it takes 3 weeks to get a new dishwasher in 2026 ?
