Two people standing outside my apartment parking lot on a Saturday @ 4:00PM, did nothing, standing around, did not use the knocker, or try to get my attention, when I was home all day long! They also showed up 1 week late as well after that I made the work order!I need to reschedule another appointment!

I’m waiting for the exterminators to don Friday hoping they resolve the problem. I hear them every morning starting 5am.

The apartments fan wasn’t working in the bathroom in the day of move in and I was missing to screens for my windows. 3 weeks to prepare. But after speaking with maintenance they were able to find the solution and fix our issues before the end of the day.

Maintenance staff was friendly and efficient.
