Really thin walls you can hear everything. Dogs constantly barking all the arguing next store.

It can be nice, depending on your neighbors and i have two bad ones. Their smoking comes into my apartment. I don’t appreciate the lack of updates. My microwave broke, it was ancient anyway, my replacement? An even older model without even a carousel plate. The refrigerators? Absolutely embarrassing and i’m not sure even housing projects would use them. The electrical panel, a giant invasive plate in the middle of the hallway? Nice touch. The fact that you can’t even get kids out of the laundry room, or even have a table to fold? Even better. The grounds crew is terrific though. The amount of money i pay does not justify the above. I could go on and on.

So far I’m ok, except for my noisy neighbors 4 kids that run around screaming from 5-11 pm ! After school and weekends. And the woman that lives above me! She’s always moving furniture or something heavy around and dropping stuff on the floor ( sounds like elephants walking around!) when I’m trying to sleep at 11pm ! And another complaint is the gang of rowdy kids after school on bikes that gather in the laundry. There needs to be a card lock on the laundry door. I’m not totally happy with the place for the price I’m paying every month.

Préférence given to the whims of longtime residents when they go against what’s supposed tone quality of life issues; also when they proceed to bully newcomers via various antics and encouraging others to bully newcomers.Inability of newcomers to place surveillance devices to be able "to catch them in the act," of their antics. Approving only devices that can be easily stolen is never a solution!!!Not making sure tenants and their guests—both without state approved handicapped plates or placards—do not utilize handicapped parking spaces when parking is tight. There is no Police Enforcement to curtail this practice for drivers in wheelchairs. This practice forces residents in wheelchairs to use the parking lots as passageways wherein other drivers are unable to see these residents at nighttime as they try to get to their residence. The risks rest wholly on this development for not providing adequate parking access spaces for wheelchair -bound residents!Walkway to and from parking lot has several areas where it presents rollover possibilities for wheelchairs due to cracks in concrete or unsteady/misaligned lips or the slope is inconsistent for proper access.Landing area depth does not meet the safety requirements for a wheelchair -bound individual to be able to access residence without assistance to enter apartment. This severely limits an otherwise competent adult to maintain independence. In the apartment there is no way to identify who is at the door without opening the door due to placement of peephole vs height of a tenant. There is no security at door to prevent a « push-in » when disabled resident is home alone. This is a safety issue as I’ve been advised that there cannot be any attachments made to anywhere in or outside of this apartment.

I was surprised that it wasn't more detailed. I had expected to go through everything and have something to sign to close things out.

Please be more specific about which maintenance request you are referring to. Notall situations have the same experience. Thank you.
