According to maintenance the dishwasher leak was from the back of the dishwasher and was probably happening for a while before we even realized something was wrong . The first time they “fixed it “ they left a note that they were unable to run water to see if resolved . Issue was not resolved . I had to put in two more request before dishwasher was replaced . I asked maintenance about visible mold surrounding dishwasher; noted on outer cabinet and inner cabinet's, buckling and soft floor in front of dishwasher , and stained carpet next to dishwasher . I was told don’t worry about it , we will spray something and it will dry . It dried, but mold remained on cabinets with water damage , floors cracked , and carpet smelled . The senior maintenance informed us that these issues were not our fault , but did nothing to properly fix the issue except replace the dishwasher with another used dishwasher , stating “ it’s an apartment model what do you expect .

Address Parked vehicles in the smaller parking lot adjacent to building 22. There is A Big Green Food truck parked back here that Hasn't moved in a year. Ty. Happy Holidays...!

The attention to detail lacks, example the installation of the new breaker boxes, was told maintenance will complete the spackling etc and that never happened. The limited staffing to have maintenance available for appointments on the weekend and not just emergencies is sub standard.
