The maintenance guy worked so beautifully n the paint job in the bathroom was amazing

The maintenance professional did a very good job just they had the wrong lights so the problem is not completely resolved the kitchen light on the fan is dim I can barely see I'd have to have both lights on at all times so until that's resolved it's an incomplete otherwise they did a good job

The issue was never resolved. No one ever contacted me to get into the apartment and the closet is still broken

The animal is still below the floor in the basement. I heard it today at 4:30pm. I can provide audio

The serviceman that came was prompt, friendly, and resolved the issue quickly. He answered all my questions and the experience was excellent. THANK YOU!!!!

The maintenance men for this complex are always very polite, professional and friendly. I have a deep respect and appreciation for every person I have come in contact with.

The rent is too high and now heat, water, trash pickup is not going to be included in the rent with no reduction to the rent. It's no wonder there are so many evictions. People can't afford to live here comfortably.
