Yes. I already posted the review and gave it an excellent rating. Dan was friendly, cordial, experienced, knowledgeable, professional accommodating & efficient... and, of course, Victor as well. Never, ever is he without a smile on his face. Just a sweetheart. I don't really know the other men besides José and Raymond, but they all appear to be hardworking and dependable. The man with the white beard is very pleasant too. The only issue I have, and it happened last year too, is the time slot requested in the work order. I chose the 1-4 pm, but they arrived in the morning. Fortunately, I was able to push back my Dr's appointment to the afternoon. Also, the AI lady, 🤖 Leah, at times doesn't comprehend. Other than that, no complaints whatsoever. One more thing. I placed a work order last year about the wrong apartment numbers on the side of building 22, with a photo. When all the construction was done years ago, replacing the bricks with siding it read 1-4 on the front and 5-8 for the rear. That was covered with the correct numbers, 1-6 and 7-12, but maybe the weather or power washing partially removed it and it's showing numbers on top of numbers, making it even more confusing for new delivery drivers. A UPS man had pointed it out to me over a year ago.Okay. Thanks!
