We had the exterminator treat an ant issue 3 x. The ants kept returning and spread to other rooms in the house including a clothes closet. The exterminator suggested we use traps. We have dogs and that’s not an option. We addressed the issue ourselves.

The online Lea is very frustrating trying to get through to departments you have to repeat yourself besides the fact no one ever calls you back when you leave a message weather it’s maintenance leasing whatever when u finally get through to someone after making 20 call backs over 3 days they say will get back with you with an answer that never happens really a mess and it’s aggravating

Requested work was marked as completed but it was not done

Maintenance requests were not done prior to moving in. I emailed, still no response. When maintenance did come they left the sliding glass doors open when they left.I am requesting compensation for the month of November.

The maintenance guy was great, thorough and neat.
