Way too expensive with what we get and section 8 people here

Renting to everybody and now cops are here everyday and is not a safe place to live in .Is a lot happening no security guard and people playing loud music in the pool area and running their cars like it’s a highway in the complex

Have someone in the office that knows what they're doing

I thought the tour by the representative was ok. She just didn't seem as welcoming and looked at me weird when I asked questions. I was hoping the reo I had originally spoken to would have given the tour and answered questions. I felt uncomfortable with this other rep. She seemed condescending.

Lots of police activity...some tenants smoke in their apt..makes my apt smell..

There has been some late night disturbances from other tenants in the building in my area fighting, yelling. The pool this summer had issues on the weekends couldn’t use it . Issues happen. I do wish there was more security.

Many appliances were dirty. Kitchen cabinets are caked on with old grease from previous tenants. The shelves inside the kitchen cabinets are filthy.Some Closet brackets and blinds were already damaged or very carelessly overlooked before move in. Random holes in walls. Doorknob also broke first day. The tiles on the wall in the shower have black mold stuck in the grout lines and the white silicone where the tub and wall meet is falling off.
