I wanted to make it clear that the sole reason I am choosing to move out of this apartment community is because of the ongoing issues involving the tenant in apartment 36A.Over the course of my tenancy, I have submitted numerous complaints regarding this individual’s behavior, and I know multiple neighbors have done the same. Despite this, nothing meaningful has ever been done to address the situation. His behavior has consistently been loud, disruptive, aggressive, and completely inappropriate for a shared living environment.There have been multiple incidents that made residents feel unsafe and uncomfortable. One particularly alarming situation involved his vehicle smoking/burning in the parking lot while multiple neighbors called the police as he remained in his apartment avoiding the situation. In addition to that, he regularly berates and harasses neighbors, including myself.No resident should feel unsafe or uncomfortable in their own home. Assistance programs or housing status should never excuse behavior that negatively impacts the safety and quality of life of everyone else in the community.It is disappointing that management has chosen to ignore repeated complaints to the point of losing reliable, paying tenants because of one resident’s ongoing behavior. I sincerely hope these concerns are taken more seriously in the future for the sake of the remaining neighbors.I also want to add that the move out was scheduled for 2:45 and I had to call the office at 3:30pm because no one had shown up yet. I was told I had to have furniture out which made sense but told there was no place for bulk disposal meanwhile I’ve seen them thrown furniture on Broadway Ave for pick up when they evict people. Was told I had to pay to put disassembled sofa in dumpster. Told maintenance couldn’t remove but then as soon as I put it to dumpster, maintenance came and took it away. Where did it go? I could have brought it there but no they want to charge me for removal and disposal.

Yes, I just wanna share that as soon as I put the work order in this new maintenance guy Michael came and attended to it very professionally neatly and was honest intruder. His word he definitely is an asset to the maintenance department. Thank you.

Once again like I said heatherwood was very pleasant and that took us in when no one else would and were very very grateful for that we just couldn't keep up with the high cost of the rent. And less anemones then all the other heatherwoods

Eddie and the maintenance team are the best! They are always friendly and courteous and I never have to worry about the issue being taken care of in a timely manner. One of the best perks of living here!
