They never did the maintenance request. They kept telling me they were coming over the next day and never showed up. Then I get an email saying it was completed . Nothing was done.

Both Rob and Eddie are consistently professional and always on top of things at the complex. It's a pleasure speaking to them about any concerns, knowing all will be investigated and handled appropriately.

I thought the tour by the representative was ok. She just didn't seem as welcoming and looked at me weird when I asked questions. I was hoping the reo I had originally spoken to would have given the tour and answered questions. I felt uncomfortable with this other rep. She seemed condescending.
