There has been some late night disturbances from other tenants in the building in my area fighting, yelling. The pool this summer had issues on the weekends couldn’t use it . Issues happen. I do wish there was more security.

I’m at Hillcrest Village in Holbrook, building 14, and have called the emergency line at night multiple times because there was no hot water. The maintenance team is responsive and usually gets hot water back on in 2 hours. However, considering the frequency of this situation (5 times in 4 months), I believe the system needs a complete check / clean up. Please kindly have professionals check it out. It was not fixed the first time. The dishes were still not getting cleaned in the dishwasher so the maintenance person had to come back.
