Maintenance personnel are the best!

Eddie and the maintenance team are the best! They are always friendly and courteous and I never have to worry about the issue being taken care of in a timely manner. One of the best perks of living here!

I didn’t move out because I didn’t like the place. I loved it there. I moved out because my husband passed away and I needed it to be closer to my family. My heart is broken. I have to leave New York. I was born and raised there, but God led me to a better place so I can see comfort. I thank you guys so much you were great

The problem is partially solved due to non availability of repair part, up till now no update either part is available or not

They never did the maintenance request. They kept telling me they were coming over the next day and never showed up. Then I get an email saying it was completed . Nothing was done.

Both Rob and Eddie are consistently professional and always on top of things at the complex. It's a pleasure speaking to them about any concerns, knowing all will be investigated and handled appropriately.
