It was not fixed the first time. The dishes were still not getting cleaned in the dishwasher so the maintenance person had to come back.

Even though my apt was kept very clean I was told I may get a bill for carpets .. I carpet cleaned them and there was no damage to anything in that apartment.. guess I will see if I get one or not. It would be a better living environment if rules were followed and residents were better looking into before renting to anyone.... best thing about heatherwood was Eddie the maintenance man.. he was super friendly and always there to help if needed
