Even though my apt was kept very clean I was told I may get a bill for carpets .. I carpet cleaned them and there was no damage to anything in that apartment.. guess I will see if I get one or not. It would be a better living environment if rules were followed and residents were better looking into before renting to anyone.... best thing about heatherwood was Eddie the maintenance man.. he was super friendly and always there to help if needed

My family was out of state and my dog walker locked herself out of my apartment. I called maintenance and they unlocked my door in a very short period of time. In my experience, the maintenance crew always goes above and beyond and show they care.

I’ve had this issue with my refrigerator, they’ve had to come in about 4 x . The issue is still ongoing. They said they can’t just replace the refrigerator . They have to try and resolve /fix the issue. They want me to take a Video of the sound. I’ve recorded the sound. It sounds like the fridge is going to conk out.

There was an immediate response to resolve the critical issue. Additionally, Rob (maintenance supervisor) was very polite during our phone communication; Eddie handled the issue quickly and promptly.

He refused to leave until the matter was resolved.Extremely professional and friendly

I was overwhelmed to come home and find the refrigerator taken care of in a note left, it was a Saturday!
