They never did the maintenance request. They kept telling me they were coming over the next day and never showed up. Then I get an email saying it was completed . Nothing was done.

Both Rob and Eddie are consistently professional and always on top of things at the complex. It's a pleasure speaking to them about any concerns, knowing all will be investigated and handled appropriately.

I thought the tour by the representative was ok. She just didn't seem as welcoming and looked at me weird when I asked questions. I was hoping the reo I had originally spoken to would have given the tour and answered questions. I felt uncomfortable with this other rep. She seemed condescending.

The problem in building 19 is the outgoing sewer trap. It gets clogged with things that shouldn't be flushed, that backs up sewage into the bath tubs, as well as overflowing the toilets. So the emergency repair people snake the toilets thinking that's the problem. So, in this case, the backup took 2 days to be resolved.
