I requested 2 weeks in a row to have Maitence do something about the fact that the heating system in my apartment is terrible. It is cold all the time. No one showed up. I am totally disgusted. I have no time to keep waiting for them to not show up to solve this heating problem. ..

He came in to fix the problem very quickly. The light bulb is not the same color as the others and does not match the others but it is okay.

We have the best maintenance

There has been some late night disturbances from other tenants in the building in my area fighting, yelling. The pool this summer had issues on the weekends couldn’t use it . Issues happen. I do wish there was more security.

I’m at Hillcrest Village in Holbrook, building 14, and have called the emergency line at night multiple times because there was no hot water. The maintenance team is responsive and usually gets hot water back on in 2 hours. However, considering the frequency of this situation (5 times in 4 months), I believe the system needs a complete check / clean up. Please kindly have professionals check it out. Thank you for continuing bringing us great living experiences!
