Everything was rushed to be finished in my apartment, so things weren’t installed properly door knobs are Loose some fell off, screws missing, debris under the rug that you could step on and feel with your feet. There is dog poop and garbage all over the outside areas. Most people don’t clean up after their dogs. There is garbage and food that dogs can pick up and eat on their walks. Always people parked in handicap spots that aren’t handicapped. People putting notes on cars for no reason. So far it’s always taken two or three times to get it fixed, some of them still aren’t fixed correctly. I am forced to pay for amenities that aren’t even at our location and I don’t even use. And the one thing that I would use throughout the year is the Sauna and it’s been broken since before I even moved in. They say you’re not supposed to smoke up to 50 feet away from where you live, but people are outside every night smoking cigarettes, talking loudly on their phones and to other tenants.

Grounds outside my building are full of cigarette butts and it’s always missed when they clean up. The laundry room is always dirty, the floors are dirty, the machines are never wiped down or cleaned inside.

I feel pretty stuck here. And the rent keeps going up with very little benefits. Hopefully I’ll be gone in a few months. I am buying a house but the community is ghetto. There are fights all the time outside and the laundry rooms is gross.

Noise violation above me for the last five months nothing has been done if it has it hasn’t stopped the people from banging on walls, running jumping all hours non stoppedThere’s five people living above me in one bedroom I work remotely a good portion of the week and my job is now on the line because of these inconsiderate people I’ve tried talking to them. I’ve reached out to Heatherwood. I’ve called the police. Nothing has been done if it has it has changed nothing it’s worse than ever. I can’t sleep. It’s affecting my job.

The repair performed on the heating system was incomplete and of poor quality. After the technician’s visit, I was informed that a cable and/or part had been disconnected. However, today, Sunday, I am still experiencing the same problem. Despite notifying that the system continues to malfunction, and considering that this is an essential service for the safety and comfort of the home.

Yes I would like to be on the waiting list, for 2 bdrms, on the sane Community of 147 Lake Shore Rd, for either of these building #'s 7 or 8 or9, due to certain circumstances.

I loved living there my neighbors were sweet and kind I made a really good friend right across from me Sonia she helped me many times in the 2 and a half yrs.
