Grounds outside my building are full of cigarette butts and it’s always missed when they clean up. The laundry room is always dirty, the floors are dirty, the machines are never wiped down or cleaned inside.

Noise violation above me for the last five months nothing has been done if it has it hasn’t stopped the people from banging on walls, running jumping all hours non stopped There’s five people living above me in one bedroom I work remotely a good portion of the week and my job is now on the line because of these inconsiderate people I’ve tried talking to them. I’ve reached out to Heatherwood. I’ve called the police. Nothing has been done if it has it has changed nothing it’s worse than ever. I can’t sleep. It’s affecting my job.
