The top draw issue is partially resolved but although it slides in and out so does the draw below because now my top draw pulls the under draw with it every time I open either draw. So no the issue is not resolved

I really appreciate your maintenance department because they do a good job in a timely fashion. Honestly what I don't like is talking to a machine when I call into maintenance lol I am going on six years living here and I can say I am very happy and satisfied with the work the maintenance department has done for me. The issue was never resolved. StillParking on disabled slot. Did not offer any options. No help at all.

Glad u asked. All u care about is money. How much you can get out of tenants. You make it impossible to live here unless a person gets section 8 like most of your tenants have. The place is full of crime. Drug dealers and drug users. Unsavory people roaming around. Kidnappings, murders and suicides have occurred here. You took away the tennis courts and the security upon entering. You will try to throw people out of a person has a hardship. You don’t care! Eviction is going to happen if a person is late with rent. Heatherwood should be reported to proper authorities, the way you conduct business l. If I had ever known what this place was like I would never have moved here. I would have run for my life. The six years o have been here have been a roller coaster. The place towed away one of my cars. Made me get rid of my truck for no reason. I had to scrap it because Heatherwood would not wait for me to sell it. My 10.000 truck was scraped for 500. They ripped up my entire garden rose bush and all. Heatherwood is rude and have done nothing but give me a hard time the whole time I have lived here. Now they want to throw me out! So be it. I have been harassed and treated like garbage. If anyone asked me about this place l, I would tell them to run and definately not rent here.

The residence do not care about anyone. The type of people being allowed in are horrible. Constantly fighting, constant police here. Garbage all over the parking lot, dog poop all over the grass. I won’t even walk in front of building 8, cause it is so bad over there. Don’t feel safe at night outside.

This place sucks ass. I’m walking around my apartment with a flannel and a fucking jacket and socks. The heat is warming up my apartment.

To Start ,The Gym Needs Serious Renovations, As There Is Missing and Broken Parts To All The Equipment. Also, We Were Promised That “The Closed Tennis Courts” Would Be Either Repaired Or Turned Into A Dog Park, Which After Years And Years Has Never Happened. And Lastly We As A Community Would Greatly Appreciate It, If You Brought Back The Gate W/ A Guard, As There Has Been Numerous Car Break-Ins, Several Harassments From Non Residents That Wonder In, and Recently A Fatal Stabbing. I’ve Been A Loyal Member Of The Community For A While Now, Enough Is Enough.
