A new tenant moved in 10 months ago, next to me, I am in Apt 20 Bldg 4…..she moved into Apt 18. She had dogs that barked incessantly, that was the end of the peace and quiet for me and the neighbors…and then we had to endure smoking, sex parties, orgies, people coming and going at all hours.We contacted Animal Control, Police, Public Safety and every was the same…you live in a community…so sorry to say that it is up to the property management to rectify the problem….we have no jurisdiction there. So for 10 months nothing has been done that made any difference in our lives. We lived without sleep, without peace, without quiet times, having to breathe in her smoke and pot or shut our windows, doors , cover up my grate at the bottom of the staircase we share, to avoid breathing it in. To sum it all up…it has been a living hell for us….and management didn’t/couldn’t/wouldn’t take care of the problem.

Trash is still on my property and more appeared last night.

This had been a long standing issue and not even our apartment but we are always subjected to being inconvenienced with all the repairs which is on the first floor and ours is on the 2 nd floor. We have requested for our bath tub to be replaced but nothing was done

The top draw issue is partially resolved but although it slides in and out so does the draw below because now my top draw pulls the under draw with it every time I open either draw. So no the issue is not resolved
