Once gates existed. Now gates are gone. Once there was security at nights; now that doesn’t exist. All this taken away while rent raises. Unequal. Paying more for less. Some people with parking garages park anywhere except for their assigned garage spaces. Not okay when space is limited. Parking spaces need to be assigned.

See above about heat and hot water as well as the newer people moving in were undesirable. Complaint of kids in gym never addressed yet you chose to raise amenities. Constant emails to everyone that should have been addressed to the offenders

The washer & dryer was out of order. The dryer was fixed but the washer is still not working properly. I’m waiting to hear back from staff when this issue will be resolved but I’m not confident in that. I don’t blame the staff, it’s the way things are ran. This isn’t the first time I had a “repair” done & it wasn’t finished. I shouldn’t be inconvenienced for weeks for this. I have a busy schedule & have to set time out to go to the laundromat now. This company doesn’t care at all about the residents.

Yes, the issue has not been addressed or taken care of. The neighbor still sits in the illegal car and smoke pot all the time. I can’t come and go from my apartment without smelling the stench. If I sat outside next to the apartments smoking a cigar I would kicked out of the complex.

Every time the maintenance guy comes it gets fixed in a reasonable amount of time. However, it continues to break down an inordinate amount time which creates problems for the tenants Please see if there something you can do to resolve this problem. Thanks Richard Gordon

Cheap maintenance fixes, sub-par safety and security, noisy inconsiderate neighbors, no gates, no night guard, no lifeguard, and more expensive rent every renewal.
