What happens with my incident report. My knee and foot are bruised from the top rail falling on me

SENT REQUEST 2 TIME TO SEED BARE PATCHES, IT HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED.

I asked to be called before entering this did not happen, nor was the instruction for not entering.

There’s always trash on the sidewalk and in the grass. Sometimes I come home in the night after I get off from work and there’s someone’s car in front of my house. The neighbors kids play in the backyard they stand in my property area and their ball will hit my glass door.

The Maintenance crew (Luis this time) here at Medford Pond have always been excellent and extremely helpful.
