Ellen, Matt, Luis, & Shane were awesome! Ellen kept me in the loop as to the status of the project. Matt called to let me know maintenance was on schedule & would arrive within half an hour. Luis & Shane were courteous, professional & completed the project in a timely manner without difficulty.Thanks to all! 🙏🏻

There’s always trash on the sidewalk and in the grass. Sometimes I come home in the night after I get off from work and there’s someone’s car in front of my house. The neighbors kids play in the backyard they stand in my property area and their ball will hit my glass door.

Once gates existed. Now gates are gone. Once there was security at nights; now that doesn’t exist. All this taken away while rent raises. Unequal. Paying more for less. Some people with parking garages park anywhere except for their assigned garage spaces. Not okay when space is limited. Parking spaces need to be assigned.

See above about heat and hot water as well as the newer people moving in were undesirable. Complaint of kids in gym never addressed yet you chose to raise amenities. Constant emails to everyone that should have been addressed to the offenders

The washer & dryer was out of order. The dryer was fixed but the washer is still not working properly. I’m waiting to hear back from staff when this issue will be resolved but I’m not confident in that. I don’t blame the staff, it’s the way things are ran. This isn’t the first time I had a “repair” done & it wasn’t finished. I shouldn’t be inconvenienced for weeks for this. I have a busy schedule & have to set time out to go to the laundromat now. This company doesn’t care at all about the residents.
