The first maintenance team member who arrived advised that the unit in the Master BR was missing a "fin". He stated the piping was present but no "fin" which is why no heat has been coming out of it for YEARS. We spoke and agreed he would advise the maintenance manager and arrange a date in January, after the holidays and my busy travel schedule, to repair it as he noted it would require moving some furniture, etc. Then the next day, I went out for 15 minutes, and when I returned, found a note on my door saying maintenance had entered and corrected the problem by cleaning the vents because they were "rusted". So it went from needing repair to simply cleaning the vents and that was all done within the 15 minutes I was out? I find that hard to believe and here's why. There was not one item out of place in my home that would have indicated anything was moved to get to that vent as my bed, nightstand and another piece of furniture would have needed to be moved in order to get to the problem spot which I was told was missing the piece that allows the heat to come through the vent. So how did it go from that assessment to simply needing a cleaning, which I feel most likely didn't even take place.I've lived here for six years and I must say, maintenance service and overall management communication has declined. I don't know if there is new ownership, but the team that used to be here was superb (Nelson, Jared) and overall communication with the organization was so much better and far more efficient. At this point, I don't want anything regarding the heat addressed any further. You sent a survey and requested my input, so here it is.

Everything has been fine with the maintenance people , however the hot water goes out more often than it should. I know we have a new boiler but we are inconvenienced too many times. What happens when winter comes will we then have no heat and no hot water. Please get this problem resolved.Thank you

Lease rules are NEVER enforced but rent keeps going up. People smoke in front of the building, leave trash out, do car mechanic oil changes etc in the parking lot, ride motorcycles, park in the drive through areas and are inconsiderate. Nothing is ever followed through.

The heat and hot water in building six has consistently gone out since last February and needs to be fixed permanently. Everyone is aware but it shouldn't take 9 months and still not be fixed. Starting this month it went out 8 days in a row.we should not have to live this way

I absolutely loathe having to speak to the AI assistant to relay an emergency that could potentially negatively impact the entire building in order to get a human on the phone to explain that I do not have an emergency, but the utility room has an emergency, then saw no one from maintenance for quite some time show up, and could hear the alarm inside my apartment through the wall. As of now, Monday 10/13/25 at 647pm, the alarm in the utilities room is still alerting, and has continued throughout the weekend. I assume it must not be important for maintenance to check on.
