Ellen, Matt, Luis, & Shane were awesome! Ellen kept me in the loop as to the status of the project. Matt called to let me know maintenance was on schedule & would arrive within half an hour. There’s always trash on the sidewalk and in the grass. Sometimes I come home in the night after I get off from work and there’s someone’s car in front of my house. The neighbors kids play in the backyard they stand in my property area and their ball will hit my glass door.

The Maintenance crew (Luis this time) here at Medford Pond have always been excellent and extremely helpful.

Once gates existed. Now gates are gone. Once there was security at nights; now that doesn’t exist. All this taken away while rent raises. Unequal. Paying more for less. Some people with parking garages park anywhere except for their assigned garage spaces. Not okay when space is limited. Parking spaces need to be assigned.
