Everything has been fine with the maintenance people , however the hot water goes out more often than it should. I know we have a new boiler but we are inconvenienced too many times. What happens when winter comes will we then have no heat and no hot water. Please get this problem resolved.Thank you

Lease rules are NEVER enforced but rent keeps going up. People smoke in front of the building, leave trash out, do car mechanic oil changes etc in the parking lot, ride motorcycles, park in the drive through areas and are inconsiderate. Nothing is ever followed through.

I understand the issue was fixed but the ceiling still has a huge water spot

The heat and hot water in building six has consistently gone out since last February and needs to be fixed permanently. Everyone is aware but it shouldn't take 9 months and still not be fixed. Starting this month it went out 8 days in a row.we should not have to live this way

I absolutely loathe having to speak to the AI assistant to relay an emergency that could potentially negatively impact the entire building in order to get a human on the phone to explain that I do not have an emergency, but the utility room has an emergency, then saw no one from maintenance for quite some time show up, and could hear the alarm inside my apartment through the wall. As of now, Monday 10/13/25 at 647pm, the alarm in the utilities room is still alerting, and has continued throughout the weekend. I assume it must not be important for maintenance to check on.

I sent pictures of the mold in the bathroom; I need someone to get rid of the mold that was preciously painted over and has now come thru. This needs to be done before the 20th when the inspectors come.
