I feel there are some pre inspections that should have been done to assure the home was near clean and complete.

Moving out can be such a stressful experience, but I truly had a wonderful experience here thanks to the amazing staff. Everyone was so kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. A special thank you to Nadine and Rich — they both went above and beyond to help and made everything so much easier for me. Their kindness and support were greatly appreciated, and I’m very grateful for all of their help.

There is a solid wall of AI that prevents any communication with an actual person. My clothes washer broke and on April 27th I sent a maintenance request. The only communication I received was from AI saying ",,,your request has been successfully submitted. Please allow 24 to 48 hours ...". I should note that twice I was able to communication was with the ladies in the leasing office, obviously they are not part of maintenance, yet they tried to be helpful and sent e mails which also went unanswered. After 3 weeks I was forced to call the corporate office in Commack. Maria in corporate office took charge, Finally, I received a washer on May 21st. The maintenance men who came to install the new washer were very pleasant and professional. June Giardelli

HVAC incidents each requiring multiple attempts to fix sometimes spanning several weeks. Currently have another ticket open and waiting for someone to fix. This is at least the fourth year of having to report heat and AC issues . I havre only lived here about 6 or 7 years. I have health issues and having to deal with heat and AC issues is not helpful. Please use trained/certified repairman and let them do the repair properly

Dishwasher was taped and soon after broken again. Was told if they replaced the dishwasher door it would only break again. Another service request was placed and not addressed yet

Maintenance couldn’t get in the house with the master key which I feel like isn’t really my problem nor my fault considering it’s the same lock and key that was given at move in, I’ve also had a previous work order put in and taken care of no problem, so they cancelled my request so I had to have my dad come and fix the problem, no proper communication was had, leaving notes at my door isn’t going to get the job done. Do better.

Fixing dishwasher was really easy and quick job ,but waiting time was looonnnggg.After all it is done .
